What you will learn
Ações tokenizadas e provisão de liquidez na Uniswap
A course that teaches what you are buying, which rights you hold and what happens to your assets inside a pool — before it teaches where to click.
Depth lives in three layers on the same page: Start from zero for anyone who has never studied investing, See and practise for demonstration and decision, and Go deeper for the mathematics and the documentation. Going deeper is optional, never a gate.
Who teaches, and who looks after you

Renato Ulianov
Lessons and practical demonstrationsRecords the lessons and the demonstrations with real money in modest amounts. The course's editorial commitment is to teach what he did, logging entry, range, fees, divergence loss and net result — including when the result is negative.

Renatinho Ulianov
Fundamental equity analysisCovers the company behind the token: what it does, how it makes money, what the financial statements and quarterly reports show. The necessary counterpoint — a tokenized NVDA is still NVDA, and the pool's payoff does not replace understanding the asset.

The course, by Renato
What you will learn and how the lessons are recorded — including why the demonstrations show the result when it is negative.
Support, by Fer
How support works: who answers you, where, and what she takes care of — from first access to certificate.

The journey
16 modules in three blocks, 87 lessons — from what a share is to a final project where “do not take part” can be the right answer. The order inside each module is dependency, not taste: no lesson uses a concept that a later lesson defines.
Block I · Fundamentals: the share, the market and the network
The vocabulary the rest of the course presumes. It ends with you able to say what a shareholder owns, and handling network vocabulary without fear.
Block II · The asset and the mechanism
Six products with similar names and different rights, and the mechanism that moves a pool.
Block III · The calculation, the decision and the right not to take part
Risk, lab and final project. It ends with you able to build a dossier and defend a conclusion.
Certification
The certificate is issued when the course has actually been completed — not when the videos have been opened. Three conditions, and the platform tracks all three for you:
- all mandatory activities across the 15 modules completed;
- at least 80% on each module's assessment;
- final project approved against a rubric, reviewed by a person.
Name, course, the track actually completed, date, curriculum version, a substantiated study load, issuer and a unique verification code. It is a certificate of completion of an open course: not a university degree, not a professional licence, with no accreditation or equivalence — saying otherwise would be false, and whoever hires checks.
Ulianov Blog
Two deliberately separate lines: Platform is what changed in here — curriculum, tools, corrections. Market is Renatinho's fundamental analysis of the company behind the token, and only goes out with a verified primary source.

Is any return promised?
No, and that is not legal caution: it is the course's thesis. No returns are promised, no student results are published, and no return figure is used as a headline. When a percentage does appear inside a lesson, it always comes next to the estimated net and next to what the calculation does not capture — because it is past, gross, third-party performance. There is risk, including total loss.
Do I need capital to start?
No. You complete the whole course and receive the certificate without buying a token, connecting a wallet or using real money: the labs run in simulation, with the same numbers and the same decisions. The recorded demonstrations use real money in modest amounts — Renato's money, not yours.
In which languages?
Brazilian Portuguese, English and Spanish — and not only the interface. Lessons with video carry subtitles in the three languages inside the video itself, and the written material, the exercises, the tools and the glossary follow. Language switches at the top of the screen, at any time.
How much does it cost?
R$ 497 ou US$ 97, one-off, with access to the whole course: Renato's lessons, the sixteen modules, the tools, the study assistant and support from Fer. No subscription, no certificate fee and nothing sold to you from the inside after you join — what you pay is this, once.
Is there human support?
There is, and she has a name: Fer looks after you from first access to certificate, through the chat inside the platform. We do not promise instant replies or 24-hour cover — promising hours you do not keep is worse than promising nothing. The OV study assistant answers about the content at any time and replaces Fer in nothing involving your account.
Is there an exclusive private group?
There is, and Fer is the way in: message her on one of the channels below and she adds you. The group is for students, and going through her is what keeps it that way — a room open to anyone stops being a group of people studying the same material.
Besides the group, Fer looks after you one-to-one through the chat inside the platform, from first access to certificate. In a crowded room your question disappears; there it gets answered, and stays on record in your account.
What does not exist is an alerts group, and that is a choice. Entry-and-exit signal channels end up becoming recommendation — a regulated activity, and the opposite of what this course teaches.
Will I get pool recommendations?
No. Pointing at a specific asset is a recommendation, a regulated activity. The course teaches the evaluation method — and trains you to recognize what you do not yet know before acting. The decision and the risk are yours.
Are tokenized stocks legal where I live?
The course does not claim it is legal, illegal or exempt anywhere — the framing differs by country and changes over time. What it does is show where to check, which questions to take to your accountant or lawyer, and treat “do not proceed” as a correct answer. Checking what applies to you, in your jurisdiction and on the date you act, is your responsibility.
